Principles
Our principles section takes a visionary look at the future and the big concepts and debates that are profoundly changing the way organisations and their leaders will look at themselves and the world they operate in.
The brave new world and the possibilities for citizens, businesses, organisations and society within it are what drives us; and we are certain they will drive you.

Spending time in the future to understand the present
As a strategy practice, V is concerned about the way things are today, within organisations and in the world. This is our start point. But our primary interest is in the way things could be in the future because these are the indicators for our work, our clients and the world in general.
Stephen Cook, V’s founder, divides his year between selected client engagements and critical involvement with academia, visioning think tanks, citizenship groups and futurology debates. These provide V with profoundly valuable insights into the thoughts and conclusions of some of the world leading visionaries and add weight to our strategy practice and the recommendations that it makes.
